Shipping policy

We want you to love your Simply Boutique purchase! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All eligible returns are issued as Simply Boutique e-gift cards (store credit). We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.
  • Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? Exchanges are processed once we receive and approve your return.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Return Shipping

  • A flat $6 return shipping fee per order will be deducted from your store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

All returns and exchanges must be approved before sending items back.
